iseg attaches great importance to the environmental compatibility of its products, packaging and selected transportation routes. As early as the product development stage, environmentally friendly materials and components are selected to ensure that they are suitable for recycling and that their manufacture requires as little energy and raw materials as possible. Of course, iseg also provides suitable options for the professional disposal of its products at the end of their life cycle.
iseg products are only intended for professional use or as built-in components for devices in the areas of research/development and are sold exclusively via B2B (business to business, only to commercial end customers). The devices or components may only be disposed of properly and not in normal household waste. As an alternative to proper self-disposal, we offer a free disposal option for the device. Please use our RMA form to send in the device, stating "recycling" as the reason for return.
iseg strives to make product and transport packaging as minimal and environmentally friendly as possible. Where possible, reusable shuttle packaging is also used, provided that its transport proves to be more sustainable than recycled packaging. Disposable packaging must be disposed of properly, strictly separated by material. If possible, the product packaging should also be kept for later transport. Transport packaging can also be reused for shipping.
